Project 365: Day 23 Tortillas!

I made tortillas today, because I wanted to make beef enchilada bake but didn't have tortillas and am over budget for groceries.

1. You need to go to that link and make the beef enchilada bake. It is good.

2. You should consider making your own tortillas sometime. They're easy! I used this recipe from allrecipes.com and used shortening instead of lard. Fabulous. Just try to keep your baby away from the stove. Darn kids.
